1. Transport of animals in the passenger cabin

Only dogs or cats will be transported in the passenger cabin, with a maximum of four (4) animals per flight (this amount includes pets in carriers under the carry-on baggage modality, emotional support animals, and assistance dogs). On aircraft with a capacity of 19 passengers or fewer, only two (2) animals will be allowed, under any of the following conditions:

2. Transport of animals as checked baggage in the hold

In the aircraft hold, under the condition of checked baggage (pets that do not meet the dimensions to be transported in the cabin under the previously stated modalities), only dogs and cats will be transported; any other type of animal must be transported as cargo, complying with the airline’s established requirements, and the process must be carried out in the area designated by the company for cargo transport.

3. Transport of Live Animals on International Flights

Only dogs and cats may be transported in the passenger cabin, with a maximum of four (4) animals per flight (this number includes pets in kennels as carry-on baggage, emotional support animals, and service dogs).

4. Transport of Animals as Checked Baggage in the Cargo Hold

In the aircraft hold, under the condition of checked baggage (dogs or cats that do not meet the size requirements to travel in the cabin under the previously described modalities), only dogs and cats will be transported. Any other type of animal must be transported as cargo, complying with the requirements established by the airline, and the transport process must be carried out through the company’s designated cargo area.
